My approach is grounded in honesty, humor, and trust. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-doubt, identity, relationships, and creativity. I help individuals ages 24 to 45 feel empowered, experience healing and growth, find purpose, connect authentically, create freely, and ultimately self-lead.

For artists and entrepreneurs, I offer creative mentorship woven into therapy. As self-trust grows, many feel called to create brands, offerings, or businesses. I honor your full becoming—offering structure and rituals that support embodiment, regulation, and sustainable momentum to your creative work flow. The goal is self-led, soul-aligned, sustainable creativity.

My approach is rooted in play, curiosity, and trust. I support children ages 2 to 10 as they navigate anxiety, anger, sadness, school , relationships, and everyday challenges like toileting and eating. I help children feel capable, courageous, connected, confident, and like they truly matter.

For parents, I offer my full support. My approach fosters presence, kindness, and connection — not perfection. I support simple living, self-healing while parenting, and finding steady rhythms that protect against burnout and overwhelm. I help parents slow down, stay present, and raise their kids in a way that feels true to them.

Child Therapy

A Clarity Session is a one-time, 50-minute consultation for adults and parents. Sometimes, a fresh perspective and a listening ear from a trusted professional is all you need to move forward. In this session, we focus on one specific concern without diving into your full history.

These sessions provide support, validation, and clarity in a safe, grounded space. They are best suited for those seeking guidance around a particular question or situation and are not intended as ongoing or in-depth therapy.
