The truth about how long healing takes for Adults
Healing is not about speed. Meaningful shifts often begin within 1–2 years of consistent inner work. Deep integration and nervous system transformation may take several. Rest assured, we start by prioritizing your stability and teach you what you need to know to support your own self-healing over time.
The truth about how long healing takes for Child Therapy
Children are incredibly resilient and absorb new information like sponges. Sometimes I see turn around as soon as 3 to 6 months. However, a child’s return to well-being is a direct reflection of parents well-being and family dynamics at play. Children heal and thrive around steady, secure adults.

The inner signs that recovery is taking root.
A more regulated nervous system (e.g. feeling emotions in a relaxed body)
Deepening self-trust (e.g. understanding the grace hidden behind pain)
Living self-led, not survival-led (e.g. instead of evading pain, you accept and make meaning from it)
Honoring the gifts of your wildish feminine nature or logical masculine ways (e.g. syncing your work flow with your menstruation cycles, leading with mountain energy)

Whether you’ve lost touch with your own needs or feel at a loss for how to support your child, this is a space to slow down and gently reconnect with someone who listens to understand rather than respond.
My role in your individual or family life, is to mirror and gently guide you into the in-between space: where thoughts clash, emotions mix, and the body tenses. Because it’s in this often-forgotten moment where clarity, self-trust, and authentic connection begins again.
I maintain a soft, secure presence throughout our relationship. But that’s not to say you won’t see my playful side.
All in all, I don’t see patients, I see people. I’m here to work for and with you. You know yourself best.
