My approach is grounded in honesty, humor, and trust. I specialize in supporting women with anxiety, depression, chronic self-doubt, self-silencing, identity challenges, relationship dynamics, and other women’s issues.
I help women ages 24–45 feel empowered, experience healing and growth, engage in meaningful work, speak confidently, connect authentically, and ultimately self-lead—reclaiming their voice and agency in all areas of life.
WOMEN
My approach fosters presence, kindness, and connection—not perfection. I support simple living, self-healing while parenting, and finding steady rhythms that protect against burnout and overwhelm. I help mothers slow down, stay present, and raise their children in ways that feel authentic and true to them.
If you need practical support with family life or child care, I offer weekly Family Assistant & Play Enrichment services to one family per year. My approach applies Waldorf and Ordinarily Kind techniques to help young children (ages 1–5, prior to school) become accustomed to daily rhythms, enjoy chores, engage in creative problem solving, and practice giving and receiving ordinary kindness.
I also provide child-centered play experiences designed to foster self-esteem, other-esteem, and earth-esteem—supporting children’s confidence, empathy, and connection to the world around them.
MOTHERS
MAKERS
As self-trust grows, many women feel called to re-invent themselves and create businesses. I honor your full becoming by offering structure and rituals that support embodiment, regulation, and sustainable momentum in your creative workflow.
The goal is self-led, soul-aligned, and sustainable creativity—helping you bring your vision to life without sacrificing balance or well-being.
CLARITY SESSION
A clarity session is a one-time, 50-minute consultation for women, mothers, and makers. Sometimes, all you need is a fresh perspective and a listening ear from a trusted professional to move forward. In this session, we focus on one specific concern without delving into your full history.
These sessions offer support, validation, and guidance in a safe, grounded space. They are ideal for those seeking clarity around a particular question or situation and are not intended as ongoing or in-depth therapy. If your needs require longer-term support, please explore our individual therapy offerings.

The truth about how long healing takes for women
Healing is not about speed. Meaningful shifts often begin within 1–2 years of consistent inner work. Deep integration and nervous system transformation may take several. Rest assured, we start by prioritizing your stability and teach you what you need to know off the bat to support your own self-healing over time.
-
The inner signs that recovery is taking root.
A more regulated nervous system (e.g. feeling emotions in a relaxed body)
Deepening self-trust (e.g. understanding the grace hidden behind pain)
Living self-led, not survival-led (e.g. instead of evading pain, you accept and make meaning from it)
Honoring the gifts of your wildish intuition and logical reasoning (e.g. syncing your work flow with your menstruation cycles, feeling deeply while thinking reasonably)

Whether you’ve lost touch with your own needs or feel at a loss for how to connect with others, this is a space to slow down and gently practice reconnecting with your body, voice, emotions, and someone who is reliably present and kind.
My role is to mirror and gently guide you into the in-between space: where thoughts clash, emotions mix, and the body tenses. Because it’s in this often-forgotten moment where clarity, self-trust, and authentic connection begins again.
I maintain a soft, secure presence throughout our relationship. But that’s not to say you won’t see my playful side.
All in all, I don’t see patients, I see people. I’m here to work for and with you. Always.
