YOU DON’T HAVE TO DISAPPEAR TO HEAL.

Do you ever feel several emotions surface at once + clash with intensity, leaving you unsure to trust yourself ? It's okay, many women and mothers do. How can we not. Below is what often show ups for us when this sort of inner tug of war takes hold:
– self-silencing – low self-esteem – self-doubt – shame – loss of self – self-sacrifice – pressure to be the "good" woman and mother – loneliness while caring for others – over-reliance on others for self-worth and safety – grief for unmet needs and dreams – finding oneself in destructive relationships – guilt for wanting rest, pleasure, and more
YOU’RE NOT CONTRADICTING YOURSELF.

You’re complex, multifaceted, alive. You’ve always been more than one thing. So, of course your feelings don’t queue politely. The goal isn’t to get rid of big emotions, but to re-build enough inner room to walk beside them. This inner tug of war within you isn’t random or accidental. A dear friend once called it “chaotic goodness,” and it still rings true, a decade later.
We won’t ever ask you to disappear to heal. Silencing and suppressing parts of you is likely got you here in the first place. Instead, we guide you to respectfully contain , diffuse, listen, and integrate these parts of you that push, pull, and overwhelm. Here, vulnerability isn’t too much - it’s sacred. It’s the elixir. It’s the muse that leads us to our highest selves: as women, mothers, makers.
Alongside somatic experiencing, container imagery, parts-informed practices, brain-based science, and art therapy, we offer Her-Self-Spoken Rituals — pathways to reconnect with your inner voice, intuition, and creative fire.
All of you is welcome. All of you can co-exist — and even collaborate — within.
It would be our honor to walk beside you.
The world needs more of you, not less.
