  • Yes. Before scheduling ongoing sessions, we begin with a brief consultation. This is an opportunity for us to meet, explore what you're looking for, and determine whether the work feels like a good fit for both of us.

  • We'll talk about what brings you here, what you're hoping for, and any questions you may have about the process. There is no pressure to commit to ongoing therapy.

Before We Begin

  • I currently offer:

    • Individual therapy
    • Short-term focused therapy
    • Longer-term depth-oriented therapy
    • Clarity Sessions (single-session consultations)
    • Parenting consultations

    Future coaching and educational offerings may become available over time.

  • Most clients meet weekly, though frequency is determined collaboratively based on your needs, goals, and circumstances.

  • I work primarily with adult women in Florida who are navigating:

    • Anxiety and overwhelm
    • Self-doubt and people-pleasing
    • Shame and perfectionism
    • Grief and loss
    • Identity and life transitions
    • Relationship concerns
    • Recovery from relational trauma

  • At this time, I do not provide:

    • Couples therapy
    • Family therapy
    • Court-ordered treatment
    • Custody evaluations
    • Crisis services
    • Therapy for individuals located outside Florida

Services

  • Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $125

    Additional services and consultation rates are discussed during the consultation process.

  • A limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available when capacity allows.
