A Self-Spoken Mission
Why this work matters and who it’s for.Her Self-Spoken (HSS) is a space that honors the slow, embodied process women often move through after surviving environments that taught them to suppress their knowing, question their reality, or disappear to stay connected. Here, trauma isn’t just a nervous system event—but a soul story, shaped by systems, relationships, and repeated life events that often silence and split us internally. For her, healing isn’t about fixing symptoms >> it’s about rebuilding inner safety, so she can return to her body, her knowing, her voice.
HSS supports aspiring or young mothers through soft self-care rituals and the gentle art of ordinarily kind parenting. We honor the quiet, ongoing work of caregiving—not just as duty, but as a path to healing. Reparenting unfolds in the everyday: how you speak, soothe, pause, and repair with your little one reflects how you do that for yourself. Here, she begins to see motherhood as a sacred, daily space where self-healing and attuned care naturally emerge—especially for those learning to mother differently than they were mothered.
Her Self-Spoken also provides women creative mentorship. As self-trust returns, many women begin creating brands, businesses, and lifestyles rooted in lived wisdom, wild intuition, and a desire to uplift others. The mission makes space not only for healing conversations, but for the full expression of who you’re becoming.
No Timeline, No Rush
The truth about how long healing takes.
Healing is not about speed. Meaningful shifts often begin within 1–2 years of consistent inner work. Deep integration and nervous system transformation may take several. Rest assured, we start by prioritizing your stability and teach you what you need to know to support your own self-healing over time.

I come from a lineage of complex trauma survivors turned advocates, healers, and artists.
My interest in psychology stems from my natural gift to console, personal experience living through complex trauma, and navigating the aftereffects.
When I’m not seeing clients, I create digital collages inspired by my mental health journey and those of my clients. My daily practice consists of work-life harmony, yoga, intermittent fasting, minimalism, gratitude, slow-living, and ordinary kindness.
Fun fact: I’m an aspiring micro-dweller with plans to live sustainably and host affordable retreats for complex trauma survivors to experience healing in community and nature.

Individual Therapy
My approach to individual therapy is grounded in honesty, trust, and humor.
I specialize in:
identity disturbances (e.g. fragile sense of self, disconnection from self, uncertainty about one’s own thoughts, feelings, and memories)
emotional blocks and barriers (e.g. feelings of chronic self-doubt, numbness, anxiety, depression, distrust, on edge, unworthiness, anger, loneliness, shame)
relationship challenges (e.g. rejection sensitivity, difficulty with boundaries and trusting even when surrounded by well-meaning people, staying in prolonged toxic relationships)
woman’s mental health issues (e.g. martyrdom, self-silencing, “loss of self”)
early parenting (e.g. fostering inner discipline, creative problem-solving, self-awareness in children while re-parenting oneself).
I help women (ages 20-49) restore a sense of stability and calm, rediscover their sense of self, and relearn to trust their own judgment, feelings, and perceptions again.
Starting 7/15/25, I am accepting new clients from Florida.

Methods & Modalities
We’ll use soft C-PTSD rituals that combine: somatic practices, container imagery, and brain-based tools to calm emotional spins/spiraling; creative parts-work to listen for the hidden grace behind pain; expressive arts to bring together the parts of you that feel at odds; narrative tools to support you in finding and shaping your own opinions; and time to practice to speaking for your parts (not from them).
Sessions are available by audio or video, depending on what feels most supportive. Many clients find audio calls especially helpful for reconnecting with their voice in a low-stimulation setting.
We also offer workflow structures designed to align with your menstrual cycle and self-healing journey. This cyclical approach helps you protect your creative energy, rest when needed, and let your work and well-being support each other instead of pulling you in opposite directions.
