PRIVATE ONLINE THERAPY FOR WOMEN
TO BE HELD
BY THE DAY
through rhythm, ritual, & return
A private healing space for the modern woman who is ready to return to her voice, soften without disappearing, and build a steadier, more embodied way of relating to herself and others.
Begin with a consultation, or explore how I work.
A day that holds you.
Alongside somatic, parts-informed, and art-based therapy, I support you in creating enough inner room for your thoughts, sensations, and emotions to land, organize, and guide you.
This work is both reflective and practical, rooted in daily rhythm and structure that can truly hold a life.
How this work unfolds
This work begins by meeting what is already here.
Rather than redirecting or over-analyzing your thoughts, sensations, or emotions, we learn how to stay with them just enough for meaning to emerge.
Together, we build the capacity to feel without overwhelm, to organize what once felt fragmented, and to respond with greater clarity.
Along the way, we attend to safety, reduce shame, and develop ways of returning to yourself, again and again, throughout the day.
Stay
Learning to remain with your inner experience without shutting down or overriding it.
Organize
Allowing thoughts, sensations, and emotions to find their place and meaning.
Return
Building rhythms and practices that support you in coming back to yourself.
Begin where you are.
You don’t need to arrive clear, certain, or put together.
We begin with what’s already here:
your thoughts, your body, your questions, your pace.
From there, we create a space that can hold you consistently, while building the structure and clarity you may be longing for.
Ways We Can Work Together
Ongoing therapy
A steady space to deepen the work over time, build capacity, and support meaningful change.
Short-term focus
A contained period of work around a specific moment, transition, or question in your life.
Clarity session
A single session to help you orient, reflect, and take your next step with greater precision.
A note on fit
This work is collaborative.
It tends to support those who are willing to stay, reflect, and take part in the process, not perfectly, but with honesty.
If you’re looking for something immediate or directive, this may not be the right fit. If you’re open to a more thoughtful, paced approach, you may find yourself at home here.
